Author Guidelines

The JADS is an online, data science, academic journal that adheres to the highest standards of peer review and engages established and emerging scholars from anywhere in the world. We invite qualified research articles in all aspects of science, modelling and information technology.

     Authors should prepare the manuscript using the JADS template and submit through the online submission system (link). Only manuscript following the JADS format will be sent to reviewers.
  The manuscript should be original and has not been previously published or under review by other journals.
  All submitted paper will be reviewed by experts in the field by considering the originality, clarity of presentation and significance to science.
  As the commitment to fast publication, editors try their best to complete a review process within four weeks. If authors did not receive any notification after that period, please do send an email to editors.
  Journal of Applied Data Science (JADS) is an open access international journal.  However, it is very pleased to inform you (All Authors) that Author manuscript submission will free for each article. 

 

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. Gold Open Access Policy
    I acknowledge that this journal operates under the Gold Open Access publishing model. Accepted articles will be published as open access and made freely available to readers worldwide.

  2. Article Processing Charge (APC)
    I understand and agree that, if this manuscript is accepted for publication, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 1,000 will be required, excluding applicable taxes. An additional 20% tax will be applied in accordance with the journal's payment policy.

  3. Withdrawal Policy and Editorial Penalty
    I understand that once the manuscript has entered the peer review process, withdrawal is no longer free of charge. Any withdrawal request at this stage will incur a withdrawal fee of USD 400. I also acknowledge that unethical or repeated violations of the journal's editorial policies may result in editorial sanctions, including but not limited to temporary or permanent submission restrictions (blacklisting) for the author(s) and/or affiliated institution.

  4. Template Compliance
    I confirm that this manuscript has been prepared using the journal's official template and complies with all formatting requirements. Manuscripts that do not follow the prescribed template may be returned or rejected before peer review.

  5. Similarity Requirement and AI-Generated Content Policy
    I confirm that the manuscript has a similarity index of less than 10%, excluding properly quoted materials and references, as determined by the journal's similarity assessment. I further confirm that the manuscript complies with the journal's AI-Generated Content Policy. Any use of artificial intelligence tools must not violate applicable international publication ethics, authorship standards, or the journal's AI policy. Manuscripts found to contain prohibited AI-generated content or otherwise violate these policies may be rejected or retracted.

  6. Self-Citation Policy
    I understand that self-citation is prohibited unless explicitly requested or approved by the Editorial Office during the peer-review or revision process.
  7. Agreement
    By proceeding with this submission, I certify that I have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above policies and accept full responsibility for complying with the journal's editorial and publication requirements.

Authors who publish with Journal of Applied Data Sciences agree to the following terms: Authors retain copyright and grant the Journal of Applied Data Sciences right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-SA 4.0) that allows others to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) the work for any purpose, even commercially with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in Journal of Applied Data Sciences.
